[æt] MATCHA Matcha Alloy 01

"Alloy 01 is a first-flush matcha harvested in early spring, expertly blended from top-tier cultivars such as Asahi, selected by a Champion Tea Master of the National Tea Judging Skill Competition. From cultivation and processing to packaging, every step is completed within a single origin and a single tea farm. We adopt environmentally friendly farming practices, use pure and natural nutrient supplies, and minimize artificial pruning of the tea trees, aiming to preserve the purest original charm of the tea leaves while maintaining the sustainable ecological balance of the land.

Before harvesting, the tea trees undergo over 30 days of ultimate shading, and tea farmers meticulously harvest the finest, most tender leaf tips. Incorporating hand-picked tender shoots effectively preserves the precious theanine components within the tea leaves. Compared to typical machine harvesting, Alloy 01 contains richer umami substances, delivering a delicate, mellow texture and showcasing a naturally sweet umami profile free of bitterness.

Following harvest, the tender leaves undergo traditional steaming and drying according to ancient methods, carefully removing veins and stems to produce high-grade tencha. It is then meticulously ground at an ultra-slow speed using traditional stone mills to ensure fine and uniform particle size, locking in the freshest aroma and smooth texture.

Having passed the highest dual-standard pesticide inspections in both Japan and Taiwan, we never compromise on quality while pursuing ultimate flavor. 100% whole-leaf ground with no additives, transforming nature's purity into tea soup to bring you the safest tea-drinking experience.

Alloy 01 perfectly presents a unique sweet bean aroma and natural aftertaste, making it our artisanal creation dedicated to matcha lovers."
